Her makeup, her jewelry, her eyelashes, and her lipstick all came together and I happen to be the one who captured these photos. I had a great time, but to be totally honest with you I had no idea what I was doing. I had ideas in my head, but I wasn’t sure how to execute them. I had recently purchased my Panasonic LUMIX GH5 and I wanted to test out the Panasonic 42.5mm f/1.7 portrait lens.
Trust and Believe in Yourself
This is a statement I have to keep telling myself. I get so consumed with distractions from Instagram, Netflix, school, work, and life that I forget to spend time with myself. The more time I spend with myself the more I love myself, trust myself, and believe in myself.
I take photos and create videos for myself. I don’t care whether I get 50,000 views/likes or 2 likes because I do this for me. I have these ideas in my head and I want to get them out. I have been so consumed with wanting everything to be perfect that I prevent myself from creating and sharing content. Please understand that it will NEVER BE PERFECT and that is okay.
I really appreciate Liza allowing me to take my time to play with the camera, different angles, and being open to try new things. Liza messaged me and said that she has a new accessory that she wanted to do a shoot with, so I was said cool! She did her own makeup, and we went into her backyard to do this shoot. We used the trees and bushes as one backdrop and the side of her house as another.
I used the Panasonic 42.5mm f/1.7 lens for this shoot.
